According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhifang International Holdings (08521) announced its results for the third quarter of 2023. The group achieved profit of HK$77.68 million during the period, an increase of 3.83% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$3.666 million, an increase of 49.39% over the previous year; and a basic profit of HK0.76 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the increase in net profit after tax was mainly due to the increase in earnings and gross profit during the same period.
