According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sanyangma (001317.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 40% of the shares of Sanyangma Digital Garden Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. held by Zhejiang Fengshu Carbon Development Co., Ltd. with its own capital of no more than RMB 400,000. The maximum purchase amount is the actual capital contribution of Zhejiang Fengshu Carbon Development Co., Ltd. to Sanyangma Digital Garden Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. as of September 30, 2023.

After the equity acquisition is completed, Sanyangma Shuyuan Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which will help the company further strengthen the management and control of Sanyangma Shuyuan Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and improve the efficiency of the company's overall management decisions.
