Reorganization Plan (Draft)” and terminated the company's restructuring process. After the Wuhan Intermediate Court ruled and approved the “Reorganization Plan,” the company entered the implementation stage of the restructuring plan. The company was responsible for implementing the “Reorganization Plan” and the manager was responsible for supervising it.

According to the “Reorganization Plan”, after the implementation of the company's restructuring plan is completed, the controlling shareholder of the company will change from Wuhan Guochuang Capital Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Guochuang Capital”) to Hubei Joint Investment City Operation Co., Ltd. (“United Investment City Transport”), and the actual controller of the company will change from the Wuhan Municipal Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee to the Hubei Provincial People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee (“Hubei Provincial State-owned Assets Administration Commission”).
