According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ronghui Holdings (08213) announced its results for the six months ended September 30, 2023. The group obtained revenue of HK$594.43 million, a year-on-year decrease of 24.2%; the company owners accounted for a loss of HK$5.869 million, an increase of 54.53% over the previous year; and a loss of 1.13 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in losses was mainly due to a decrease in his income. The reason was that during the reporting period, no wage subsidies under the employment protection scheme introduced by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government of China were collected or confirmed as other income, while in the same period last year, about HK$5.6 million was subsidized under the scheme and included in other income, and no subsidies under the licensed food industry subsidy scheme launched by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government of China were received or recognized as other income during the reporting period.
