Gelonghui November 8th 丨Peking University Blue Bird Huanyu (08095.HK) announcement,In the nine months ended September 30, 2023, the Group recorded total revenue of approximately RMB 373 million (2022: RMB 209.3 million), an increase of 78.2% over the same period in 2022, while gross profit increased by 105.7% to approximately RMB 82.5 million (2022: RMB 40.1 million). Profit attributable to company owners increased by 255.0% to approximately RMB 435.7 million (2022: RMB 122.7 million), mainly due to the Group's confirmation of the proceeds from the sale of shares in Blue Bird Fire.Earnings per share were 28.77 points.

Through its subsidiaries and associated companies, the company is engaged in providing environmentally friendly shuttle bus services and property management services in the tourist area of Nanyue District, Hunan Province, China, as well as operating tourist facilities, entertainment shows, tourist service centers and tourist souvenir shops; and participating in various tourism development projects in Hunan Province, including the development of tourist landscape projects located in Tianzi Mountain.

Due to the relaxation of policies and measures implemented by the Chinese government to contain the domestic epidemic, the number of visitors and visitors to the Hengshan Scenic Area increased by about 75.3% year-on-year for the nine months ending September 30, 2023. During the period, fare revenue from tourists and tourists continued to be the main source of revenue for the Group's tourism development business. In the nine months ended September 30, 2023, the Group's tourism development business recorded revenue of approximately RMB 129.4 million (2022: RMB 74 million), an increase of 74.9% over the same period in 2022.
