(000605.SZ) announced,Tianjin Quanda Water Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Tianjin Binhai Water Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Binhai Water holds 65.18% of Quanda Water's shares. Quanda Water, as the construction and operation company for the Baodi New Town No. 2 Water Plant project, determined through public bidding that the consortium formed by Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co., Ltd. was the winning bidder for the Baodi New Town No. 2 Water Plant Project (Phase I Project). The winning bid amount was 271,609,688.00 yuan.

Pipeline Group is a holding subsidiary of Tianjin Water Group Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 13.01% of the company's shares. Water Group holds 92.70% of Pipeline Group's shares. According to the relevant provisions of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules”, Pipeline Group is the company's related legal entity, and this transaction constitutes a related transaction.
