According to Zhitong Finance App, Bohai Co., Ltd. (000605.SZ) announced that Tianjin Quanda Water Co., Ltd. (“Quanda Water”) is a holding subsidiary of Tianjin Binhai Water Group Co., Ltd. (“Binhai Water”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. Binhai Water holds 65.18% of Quanda Water's shares. Quanda Water, as the construction and operation company for the Baodi New Town No. 2 Water Plant project, determined through public bidding that the consortium formed by Shanghai Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Construction Engineering”) and Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (“Pipeline Group”) was the winning bidder for the construction project of Baodi New Town No. 2 Water Plant Project (Phase I Project), with a bid amount of 272 million yuan.
