Gelonghui November 7th 丨Amaten (002623.SZ) announced plans to issue shares and pay cash to purchase assets and raise supporting capital and related transactions. Armaton plans to purchase 100% of the shares in Fengyang Silicon Valley held by Shanghai Lingda and Yancheng Daling through issuing shares and paying cash, while also raising supporting capital from no more than 35 eligible target issuers of shares.

Prior to this transaction, the main business of the listed company was mainly photovoltaic glass deep processing business. It did not involve the production of photovoltaic glass originals; glass originals were mainly purchased from outside. Fengyang Silicon Valley is mainly engaged in the production, development and sales of original glass sheets. It does not involve glass deep processing business, and is in the upstream of the business of listed companies.

After the transaction is completed, the listed company's industrial chain will be extended to glass original sheet manufacturing, and there will be no major changes in the main business.
