Gelonghui November 7th 丨China Tongcai Education (02175.HK) announced that in addition to the initial resumption guidelines, the company has received a letter from the Stock Exchange dated November 3, 2023, which contains the following further additional resumption guidelines (section (e) below). Together with the initial resumption guidelines, the details of all the resumption guidelines (the “Resumption Guidelines”) are as follows:

(a) Conduct a proper independent investigation into the allegations, publish the results and take appropriate remedial action;

(b) Disclose all unpublished financial results as required by the listing rules and handle any audit revisions;

(c) prove that the company complies with section 13.24 of the listing rules;

(d) Publish all important information for the company's shareholders and investors to evaluate the company's condition; and

(e) Conduct an independent internal control review to prove that the company has sufficient internal controls and procedures to meet its responsibilities under the listing rules.

The Stock Exchange further stated that it may revise the resumption of trading guidelines and/or issue further guidance in due course.
