According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Hengyouyuan Group (08128) issued an announcement. Mr. Jia Wenzeng and Mr. Wu Desheng have resigned from the board of directors as independent non-executive directors of the Group in response to their own needs to spend more time on personal matters, effective November 4, 2023.

Following the resignation of the independent non-executive director, Mr. Jia will no longer serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Nomination Committee, and Member of the Group Development Strategy Committee; Mr. Wu will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Member of Audit Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee, and Member of the Group Development Strategy Committee.
