Promote high-quality economic development, achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, and further develop the advantages of clean energy. Based on the principles of honest cooperation, common development, complementary advantages, and mutual benefit, the two sides gave full play to their respective advantages, actively created a cooperative development mechanism, and jointly signed the “Framework Agreement”.
