(hereinafter referred to as "Chaoxi Private Placement", "Fund Manager"), Ningbo Xuanli Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Xuanli", "General partner", "Managing partner") and other limited partners signed the "Suzhou Chaoxi advantage No. 1 Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement". Suzhou Chaoxi advantage No.1 Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chaoxi advantage No.1" or "partnership") aims to subscribe for RMB 920 million. As a limited partner, the company uses its own funds to contribute 10 million yuan to subscribe for the fund share of the partnership.
