Zhitong Financial APP News, Dacheng biochemical Technology (00809) issued a notice that on November 1, 2023, the company and Agricultural Investment entered into a 2023 main supply agreement on the continuous supply of corn granules to the Group by the Agricultural Investment Group, with a fixed term of three years ending December 31, 2026.

Under the 2023 Master supply Agreement, the company appointed the Agricultural Investment Group as one of its corn granule suppliers, while the Agricultural Investment Group agreed to supply corn granules to the group.

For each of the three years ending December 31, 2026, the proposed annual caps for proposed transactions under the 2023 Master supply Agreement will be HK $1.591 billion, HK $2.045 billion and HK $2.045 billion respectively.
