According to the Zhitong Finance App, Chuangsheng Holdings (02680) announced its results for the six months ended August 31, 2023, with total revenue of HK$12.05 million, a year-on-year decrease of 33.5%; net profit of HK$9.347 million, loss of HK$9.339 million for the same period last year; and a basic profit of HK$2.34 cents per share.

In the current period, the decrease in the Group's total revenue was mainly due to a decrease of about 75.5%, about 7.2% and about 45.8% from the Group's corporate financing business, asset management business and securities financing business compared to the same period last year, although the income from the Group's securities trading and brokerage business, placement and underwriting business, and money lending business increased by about 126.5%, 194.2% and 621.4%, respectively, compared with the same period last year.
