The world's first 16000T super-large die-casting unit. Efficient manufacturing empowers new energy to reduce weight. The 16000T die-casting unit is ahead of competitors in the industry. Production efficiency is significantly improved, and the main engine cycle time is increased by more than 5-7 seconds; floor space is reduced; energy consumption is reduced. Compared with traditional die-casting machines, energy consumption is reduced by more than 60%, and lubrication points are reduced by more than 2/3, thereby reducing lubricant consumption by more than 40%, making it more energy efficient and environmentally friendly in the context of carbon neutrality. Capacity building collaborates with technological progress to help the company continue to lead the industry. Lijin Technology has a market share of more than 90% for oversized die-casting machines, and its products are continuously iteratively optimized in all aspects. It only took 4 years for the clamping force to improve from 6000 T to 16000 T. At the same time, the company's production efficiency and tonnage increased simultaneously. The delivery cycle was successfully shortened to 6-8 months, and the product yield continued to improve. In terms of production capacity allocation, the company set up a steel manufacturing base in Fuxin, Liaoning, to optimize materials, structure, and casting processes, etc., to achieve one-time casting of 16,000T oversized mold parts; in order to meet future production capacity needs, a second casting factory with an annual output of 100,000 tons was built in Chizhou, Anhui, and a full-life cycle project management team was set up to achieve a rise in production capacity and efficiency; currently, the company has 6 die-casting equipment production bases around the world. Two new production bases in Hangzhou Bay and Hefei, Anhui are about to be put into operation to meet the increasing demand of customers for oversized die-casting machines. Demand for lightweight products is growing, and the increase in product tonnage has created new performance growth points. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, vehicle companies' demand for lightweight automobiles and cost reduction and efficiency in production and assembly is growing rapidly. The company's 6000T to 12000T oversized die-casting machines cover many customers such as Tesla, Xiaopeng, Hongtu, and Wencan. On June 30 this year, the 12000T super intelligent die-casting unit cooperated by the company and Guangdong Hongtu was officially put into operation. The production line has already supplied related die-casting parts to Xiaopeng G6.
At the commissioning ceremony, Guangdong Hongtu also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the company for the 16000T super-large intelligent die-casting unit. On October 24, Xiaopeng Technology Day, Xiaopeng Motor said it will expand a 16000T die-casting machine (island) to support the production of larger die-casting parts, which is expected to become the first batch of designated customers for the company's 16000T die-casting machine. As the tonnage of the company's die-casting products is iteratively upgraded, it is expected to promote the continued penetration of integrated die-cast body structural parts. We expect subsequent customers to target further increase the revenue scale.
