国开国际投资（01062）发布公告，公司与华安于2023年10月26日订立投资管理协议，据此，华安已同意继续担任公司的投资经理及向公司提供投资管理服务。投资管理协议由2023年10月26日起生效，至2026年10月25日止到期，为期三年。公司应付管理费为每年30万港元。
公告称，鉴于华安于证券市场的专业知识、经验、骄人往绩及对公司的深入了解，华安将能够胜任投资经理向公司提供专业投资服务，更重要的是，其将对公司的发展和资产增长作出贡献。
