聯交所公布，向天元醫療(00557.HK)前行政總裁兼執行董事張嫻發出董事不適合性聲明，並對其作出公開譴責。
聯交所表示，張嫻違反《董事聲明及承諾》，未有在調查中與上市科合作，因而違反《上市規則》。即使已辭任該公司董事，其仍然有責任提供聯交所合理要求的資料。
聯交所又指，張嫻違反其《董事聲明及承諾》的情況嚴重，而且其行為顯示出嚴重或重覆地違反《上市規則》所述的董事職責，故決定施加是次紀律行動聲明所載的制裁。
