Over the past three years, thanks to the joint efforts of the company, creditors and various professional teams, on June 15, 2023, the company's proposed creditor plan was accepted by the majority of plan creditors required by law, and approved by the Hong Kong court on July 26, 2023. The company's creditor plan was also approved by the Singapore Court on July 31, 2023. The plan comes into effect on August 31, 2023. The joint provisional liquidators have since applied to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands to revoke the Cayman winding-up petition and the dismissal of the joint provisional liquidator's appointment.

On October 24, 2023, the Supreme Court issued an order quashing the Cayman winding-up petition and unconditionally dismissing the joint provisional liquidator as the company's joint provisional liquidator. The company is pleased to announce that the company's provisional liquidator has been officially rescinded.
