In addition, Wang Rongqian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, effective October 24, 2023.

Following the resignation of Yang Wanfu, Lu Zhuofei was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee; Zhang Xiaoyi was appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Wang Rongqian was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, the Audit Committee and the nomination Committee, and was appointed as the Chairman of the nomination Committee with effect from 24 October 2023.
