Zhitong Financial APP, Mann (08186) announced that at 04:00 on Thursday, October 19, 2023, that is, the deadline for accepting and paying the rights issue shares, the company received a total of 18 valid applications and acceptance under the provisional quota notice for a total of about 61.6978 million rights issue shares (equivalent to 72.2% of the total number of rights issue shares available for subscription under the rights issue). The number of undersubscribed rights issue shares is about 23.7037 million shares, equivalent to 27.8% of the total number of rights issue shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

There are no excluded shareholders as at the record date, so there are no excluded shareholders who have not sold the rights issue shares. The above 23.7037 million unsubscribed rights issue shares will be subject to compensation arrangements. In accordance with Rule 10.31 (2) of the GEM listing rules, the Company has appointed a placing Agent to place the unsubscribed Rights shares to the independent Placees on a best effort basis in accordance with the terms of the placing Agreement, and the proceeds go to the shareholders to whom the Rights shares were offered.
