Xiao Haichao said, "the company invests in the construction of a high-tech fully automatic power module production line, the construction of a high-precision optical machining center, research and development to enhance the core competence in the field of border and coastal defense business, and the establishment of a new high-end medical equipment company. Through the above measures and industrial layout, the basic capacity of the company has been greatly improved, and will gain a certain comparative advantage in the follow-up market competition."
However, judging from the performance papers handed in in the first half of the year, the company's profitability is poor. According to the semi-annual report, Aerospace Changfeng achieved revenue of 551 million yuan, down 14.90% from the same period last year, and its mother lost 40 million yuan in net profit.
Revenue of military Electronics, one of the company's main businesses, fell 9.72% in the first half of the year compared with the same period last year, while net profit fell 59.14%. In addition to military electronics, the aerospace Changfeng public safety industry was still at a loss in the first half of the year, with revenue down 55.55% from the same period last year, mainly because the implementation of stock projects did not reach the acceptance settlement node.
