Ping An of China announced on the evening of July 16 that in the first half of the year, the premium income from the original insurance contracts of the company's holding subsidiaries Ping An Financial Insurance, Ping An Life Insurance, Ping An Pension and Ping An Health totaled 446.24 billion yuan, an increase of 9.37% over the previous year. In the same period last year, the premium income from the original insurance contracts of the four holding subsidiaries totaled 407.998 billion yuan.

Among them, the number of new individual insurance orders was 84.66 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8.52%.
