"the adoption of the preliminary examination of the relevant genetically modified varieties will enable the subsequent orderly and legal demonstration and promotion of the genetically modified varieties, and the commercialization process of genetically modified genes will also be accelerated, which is actually a particularly big step for the seed industry."
