(Kunyuan Review report (2023) No. 537) issued by Kunyuan Asset Evaluation Co., Ltd. is based on the evaluation result of 1443000000.00 yuan. It is determined that the valuation of 100% shareholders' equity of Chuanhua Synthesis is 1.44 billion yuan, and the corresponding valuation of registered capital per yuan is about 3.53 yuan, and the contribution of participants to the development of Chuanhua Synthesis is determined.
