Gelonghui October 11?Yu Jia Holdings (03789.HK) announcementThe Group was recently awarded three formwork projects in October 2023. The projects awarded include: (I) Kai Tak public housing development; (ii) reinforced concrete structure of Ho Man Tin ventilation Building; and (iii) the redevelopment of the former Royal Theatre and the Royal Theatre Building in North Point. The total amount of contracts awarded is estimated to be about HK $343 million.

Construction of the awarded project is currently expected to begin by February 2024. Most of the projects awarded are expected to be completed in the second half of the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The Board hereby declares that no forecast or estimate of group profit has been made in respect of the granted projects.
