(referred to as "Aolong Boat" or "Target Company") The company signed the Capital increase Agreement with Oolong Boat, Zhuhai Jiuzhou Blue Line Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuzhou Blue Route"), Zhuhai Nine Control Investment Co., Ltd. ("Jiuzhou Blue Route"). The company signed a "capital increase agreement" on October 9, 2023, and jointly proposed to increase the capital of Oolong boats by a total of 100 million yuan in cash, of which the company increased its capital by 43.0189 million yuan. Nine control investment increase of 56.9811 million yuan, Jiuzhou blue trunk line agreed to give up the target company this capital increase priority subscription rights.

After the completion of this transaction, the ownership structure of Oolong boats is as follows: Jianglong boats account for 49%; Nine controls investment accounts for 36.91%; Jiuzhou Blue Line accounts for 14.09%. Jiuzhou Investment and Jiuzhou Blue Line are 100% owned by Zhuhai Jiuzhou Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The parties participating in this capital increase shall enjoy all the rights and interests of the corresponding underlying shares from the date when they remit the full amount of the capital increase subscribed to the designated bank account of the target company. After the completion of this transaction, Oolong boats will no longer be included in the consolidated statement of our company.
