The target shareholders, who hold about 10.78 per cent of the target company, also subscribed for 761 new target shares, with a total subscription of £369943 (equivalent to about HK $3.535 million).

Before and after these subscriptions, the shareholding interests of the target shareholders in the target company shall remain unchanged. Immediately following these subscriptions, Junbao's shareholding interest in the target company increased from approximately 54.98% to approximately 69.15%. In addition, the target company remains a subsidiary of the company and its financial performance will continue to be consolidated in the group accounts.

It is reported that the target company indirectly holds a 92.75% interest in DakotaLLP, and DakotaLLP is the registered owner of the property.
