Gelonghui October 8Hua Min shares (300345.SZ) announcedThe company and its holding subsidiary Hongxin New Energy and Sichuan Yongxiang Polysilicon Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Tongwei High Purity Silicon Co., Ltd., Yunnan Tongwei High Purity Crystal Silicon Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed the polysilicon purchase and sale framework agreement. Hongxin Energy and Meishan Tongwei signed the Silicon Wafer Purchasing Framework contract. The counterparties to the above transactions are subject to the actual control of Tongwei shares.
Contract 1 stipulates that from the effective date of the contract to December 31, 2026, the company and Hongxin Energy will purchase a total of 56800 tons of primary polysilicon from Yongxiang polysilicon, Yongxiang New Energy, Inner Mongolia Tongwei, Yunnan Tongwei and Yongxiang Science and Technology. The actual purchase price is determined by monthly negotiation. According to the current market price of primary polysilicon and the purchase quantity agreed in the contract, it is estimated that the total contract amount is 5.1 billion yuan. Due to the large fluctuations in the price of silicon material and wafer in the photovoltaic industry, there may be differences between the actual transaction amount and the contract estimated amount.
Contract 2 stipulates that from the effective date of the contract to December 31, 2026, Meishan Tongwei and its related parties plan to purchase a total of 1.52 billion single crystal wafers from Hongxin Energy, and the actual selling price is determined by monthly negotiation between the two parties. According to the current market price of single crystal silicon wafer and the purchase quantity agreed in the contract, it is estimated that the total contract amount is 4.5 billion yuan. Due to the large fluctuation of silicon material and silicon wafer price in the photovoltaic industry, there may be differences between the actual transaction amount and the contract estimated amount.
