("Yunnan Tongwei"), Sichuan Yongxiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yongxiang Technology") signs "Polysilicon purchase and Sale Framework Agreement" ("contract") Hongxin New Energy and Tongwei Solar Energy (Meishan) Co., Ltd. ("Meishan Tongwei") signed the Silicon Wafer Purchasing Framework contract ("contract II"). The counterparties to the above transactions are under the de facto control of Tongwei Co., Ltd. ("Tongwei Co., Ltd.", 600438.SH).

It is reported that from the effective date of the contract to December 31, 2026, the company and Hongxin New Energy purchased a total of 56800 tons of primary polysilicon from Yongxiang polysilicon, Yongxiang New Energy, Inner Mongolia Tongwei, Yunnan Tongwei and Yongxiang Science and Technology, with an estimated total contract value of 5.1 billion yuan. The second contract stipulates that from the effective date of the contract to December 31, 2026, Meishan Tongwei and its related parties plan to purchase a total of 1.52 billion single crystal wafers from Hongxin Energy, with an estimated total contract value of 4.5 billion yuan.
