Zhitong Financial APP News, win Group (00397) issued an announcement that during the period from October 3 to the date of this announcement (both dates inclusive), the Group further acquired a total of 18.6 million shares of Kangjian International Medical (03886) shares through the open market, accounting for about 0.27% of the issued share capital of Kangjian as at the date of this announcement, with a total consideration of about HK $5.9 million (excluding stamp duty and related fees).

The Group is interested in a total of 870 million healthy shares, representing approximately 12.85% of the issued share capital of Kangjian as at the date of this announcement.
