智通财经APP获悉，大摩发布研究报告称，予金界控股(03918)“增持”评级，目标价5.5港元。公司第三季EBITDA环比跌15%，逊于该行预期达20%，主要是赌收环比跌幅较预期大，赌收环比跌6%，达2019年水平的30%，料未来逐渐增长，因亚洲其他博彩市场正呈现疫后改善情况。公司现估值相当于预测今年企业价值对EBITDA约6.5倍及自由现金流收益率13%，倘要估值重评则需要就明年7月到期债券提供偿还方案，及有可持续兼具可见度的盈利复苏。
