智通财经APP讯，中国环保科技(00646)公布，于2023年9月27日，本金总额为350万美元的可换股债券的持有人张子洪拟向公司的执行董事许中平先生全资拥有的尚翠出售本金总额为350万美元的可换股债券，作价为人民币2830.9万元。
考虑到尚翠有可能将可换股债券出售部分转换为公司股权，从而增加集团股东权益，减少债务，同时目前公司没有足够的流动性赎回可换股债券出售部分，董事会认为转让符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
