Glonghui September 26丨Lihua Holding Group (01346.HK) announced that Deloitte has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from September 26, 2023, because the board of directors and Deloitte failed to agree on the audit fees for reviewing the Group's comprehensive financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.

Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Ernst & Young Limited as the company's new auditor, effective September 26, 2023, to fill the temporary vacancy after Deloitte's resignation. The term ends at the end of the company's next AGM.
