Zhitong Financial and Economic APP, Tongli Risheng (605286.SH) issued an announcement that the company's holding subsidiary Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianqi Hongyuan") holds 35% of Guodian's stake in Tianyuan, and 16% of Guodian Investment Partnership (limited partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuhai Hefei Chuangsheng") holds 16% of Guodian's stake in Tianyuan. The two sides signed a unanimous action agreement on September 7, 2021. Apocalypse Hongyuan actually owns 51% of the voting rights of Guodian to cast apocalypse and actually controls SPIC's apocalypse. Guodian's apocalypse is included in the scope of the merger. The company completed the acquisition of Tianqi Hongyuan on May 9, 2022, and Tianqi Hongyuan was included in the scope of the merger.

On September 25, 2023, due to the needs of business development and the introduction of new strategic shareholders, through the consensus of Guodian Tianqi shareholders, Zhuhai Hexuangchuang and Tianqi Hongyuan signed the rescission agreement of the unanimous Action Agreement. After apocalypse Hongyuan and Zhuhai Hehui win-win rescind the concerted action agreement, apocalypse Hongyuan will no longer effectively control SPIC apocalypse. As of the date of this announcement, apocalypse Hongyuan holds 35 per cent of Guodian's stake in apocalypse. Guodian divine apocalypse is no longer included in the scope of the company's merger.

As of June 30, 2023, Guodian invested Tianqi's operating income of 2.3852 million yuan, accounting for 0.23% of the company's consolidated operating income, net profit-1.7365 million yuan, and net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies-310000 yuan, which had no significant impact on the company.
