SkyMission GP (01429) announced that Leung Wing-hoi will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company specified in Article 3.05 of the Listing Rules and as the authorized representative of the company in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents or notices in accordance with the company's articles (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law) (collectively known as the "authorized representative"), effective September 22, 2023.
