(hereinafter referred to as "Engineering Company"), in order to realize its diversification strategy, signed the "Wuhan Commercial Housing Sale contract (spot Sale)" (hereinafter referred to as "original contract") with Sanzhen Real Estate Company, and planned to purchase the second phase of the urban classic district shops developed by it. The payment for the house is 27 million yuan and it is agreed to be delivered before August 31, 2023.

Due to the litigation of the target real estate, as of September 1, 2023, the three towns real estate company has not returned the delivery of the target real estate in accordance with the terms of the contract. On September 21, 2023, the engineering company signed a "supplementary agreement" with the Sanzhen real estate company according to the relevant terms of the responsibility for late delivery of the original contract, stipulating that the Sanzhen real estate company will return 27 million yuan to the engineering company within 90 days from September 1, 2023. And with 27 million yuan as the base, the interest will be paid at an annual interest rate of 3.5% from June 24, 2022, and the original contract shall be terminated from the date of the actual return of the house payment by the Sanzhen real estate company. Both parties shall no longer claim rights against each other on the "Wuhan Commercial Housing Sale contract (spot sale)".
