The TSYP2 production line is scheduled to end production and start cold repair in October 2023, with an expected cold repair period of 14 months. In order to ensure that the indicators of the kiln after the cold repair and technical transformation reach the expected target, the technical experts of both China and foreign countries will also conduct a full demonstration and analysis of the technical scheme.
According to the project plan, the TSYP2 production line takes energy saving, carbon reduction and intelligence as the main transformation direction, and the products are positioned as high-tech and high value-added products. Combined with the product positioning and the production characteristics of ultra-white glass, the TSYP2 production line after the cold repair will achieve the best combination of alternating production of ultra-white glass and automotive glass, save cold repair costs, at the same time, increase the production capacity of ultra-white coating products, research and development of high value-added glass of functional films such as online Low-E and TCO on ultra-white glass substrate, increase the scientific and technological content of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.
After the technical transformation, the proposed annual production capacity of TSYP2 line is about 14-160000 tons, the thickness of the product is 1.6-19mm, the color of the product is ultra-white and black, and it can also be transparent, F green, A green, gray glass, dark gray privacy, etc., the products are mainly building antireflective glass, high transmission Low-E energy-saving glass, WG series conductive glass and other ultra-white glass, PG series black privacy glass, TCO, solar photothermal and other online coating glass. It also has the production capacity of super-long and large panels with a maximum of 16 meters, which can be applied to panoramic skylights of high-end cars and new energy vehicles, high-end buildings, solar energy industry, home appliance industry, etc., the life of the kiln is expected to be 10 years, and after financial calculation, the rate of return on internal investment after the project income tax is estimated to be 8.9%.
