The Dealers Association decided to accept the registration of the company's ultra-short-term financing notes, and clarified the main matters relating to it as follows:

1. The registered amount of the company's ultra-short-term financing notes is 2 billion yuan. The registration amount is valid for 2 years from the date of payment of the notice. It is jointly underwritten by Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd., Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., Guangdong Shunde Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd.

2. The company may issue ultra-short-term financing notes in installments during the registration validity period. After the issuance is completed, the issuance results shall be disclosed through channels approved by the Association of Dealers.
