国能国际资产（00918）公布，载于配售协议的所有条件均已全部达成，而配售事项于2023年9月4日完成。根据配售协议的条款及条件，配售代理成功以每股配售股份 0.180港元的配售价向不少于六名承配人配售合共1.86亿股配售股份，相当于紧随配售事项完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的公司已发行股本约16.67%。
配售事项的所得款项净额约为3260万港元。公司拟将所得款项净额的70%用于集团的现有营运；及20%用作潜在投资；及余下约10%用作集团的其他一般营运资金。
