报告中称，考虑撇除特别项目后，以人民币计华润医药中绩远胜预期，以及下半年其最大制药附属华润三九(000999.SZ)展望强劲，认为现估值属吸引。另因管理层激励计划要求及国企改革指标为增长提供动力，该行预计其今明两年收入及纯利各有双位数增长。
