2023年上半年，岁宝百货收入9193.1万元，同比增长2.01%；股东应占亏损6388.5万元，同比收窄50.64%。
公告称，租金收入为8870万元，同比增长2.2%，租金收入上升主要由于商场空置率于2023年上半年下降所致。
截至2023年6月30日，该集团经营及/或管理15家百货店，总建筑面积为253730㎡，其中36.4%为自有物业。
