According to Zhitong Financial App, Zhongchang International Holdings (00859) announced unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$16.382 million during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 7.05%; loss attributable to shareholders was HK$22.136 million, narrowing 23.34% year on year; basic loss of HK$1.97 per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the relatively high rental rate in the first half of 2022 compared to the mid-term.
