Basic loss per share is approximately RMB 0.5 points (6 months ending June 30, 2022: basic profit per share is approximately RMB 3.3 cents). The Board of Directors has resolved not to recommend the declaration of an interim dividend for the six months ended June 30, 2023 (6 months ended June 30, 2022: none).

The decline in the Group's overall revenue was mainly due to the temporary reduction in orders placed by some of the Group's major customers for transfer paper and composite paper products from the Group. The directors believed that the temporary decrease in related orders was mainly due to QR code packaging revisions.
