According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Management Industry (00380) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$341 million during the period, an increase of 5.98% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$3,646 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1.3%; and basic profit of 2.38 HK cents per share.

The announcement stated that the steady increase in revenue was due to the Group seizing the opportunities brought by the Hong Kong government's continued housing investment. In the review period, labor shortages and rising commodity prices posed challenges for the Group. This weakened the Group's gross profit margin, and net profit also declined slightly compared to the same period last year.
