Zhitong Financial App News, Zhifang International Holdings (08521) announced that Xian Jianhang has been appointed as the company secretary of the company, effective from August 28, 2023. Non-executive director Hong Yu-miao will no longer act as (i) the authorized representative of the company under section 5.24 of the GEM Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited; and (ii) the authorized representative of the company under section 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws, Chapter 622, Companies Ordinance, all effective August 28, 2023; and Mr. Sin will act as an authorized representative and legal process agent to replace Mr. Hong.

Li Jian has been appointed as Executive Director with effect from August 28, 2023.
