Group revenue was RMB 240 million (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 52.89%; profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 4.823 million, a year-on-year decrease of 46.15%; and profit of 0.01 yuan per share.

The announcement stated that the decrease in profit attributable to shareholders was mainly due to a decrease in the total construction area of completed properties delivered during the reporting period and an increase in interest on short-term loans.
