Wang Wei, 52, is the founder of SF Holdings. He was appointed as a director, chairman and general manager in December 2016, and as an executive director on August 1, 2023. Mainly responsible for the company's overall strategic planning, business goals and management. Wang Wei is the controlling shareholder of SF Express Holdings.

Wang Wei has over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry. From 1993/3 to 2015/3, he was the CEO of SF Express Holdings, and since 2015/3, he has been the CEO.
