期內收入减少主要原因是集团尿素、 甲醇和磷复肥的销售价格同比下降。报告期內，集团出售天野化工67%的股权产生收益8.524亿元。
于2023年6月30日，集团的现金及现金等价物为10.644亿元。集团持有充裕的流动资金以应付日常营运以及未来发展的资金需要。
