According to Zhitong Financial App, Shunhao Property (00219) announced its 2023 interim results, with total revenue of about HK$251 million, a year-on-year decrease of 30.96%; profit attributable to company owners was HK$9.162 million, a year-on-year decrease of 85%; and profit of 1.79 HK cents per share.

The announcement stated that the decrease in overall profit was mainly due to a decrease in hotel revenue and an increase in hotel operating costs and financial costs.
