(“Rongheng Dingrun” for short) jointly funded the establishment of Sichuan Jifeng Dingrun New Energy Development Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 5 million yuan, of which: Jifeng Juneng invested 4 million yuan, and Rong Heng Dingrun invested 1 million yuan.

According to reports, the main business of the target company this time is to invest in the construction of energy storage power plants and supply electricity to cooperating units to participate in FM peaking and modulation auxiliary services for power grids. If this investment cooperation progresses smoothly, it is expected to drive the rapid deployment of the Jifeng energy concentration business in the company's new energy sector.
